There is no right or wrong answer: they both do the same job; it’s simply down to personal preference. Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency – somewhere between a drink and a gel. Whereas Energy Gel is less bulky and lighter in weight, which makes it easier to carry in larger quantities. Dosage & Usage Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink. When exercising it’s important to stay hydrated so we recommend using this product alongside ZERO.Nutritional Flavour: Orange Typical ValuesPer 100gPer Serving (66g)Energy612 kJ / 144 kcal404 kJ / 95 kcalFat of which Saturates 0 g / 0 g0 g / 0 gCarbohydrates of which Sugars36 g / 5.0 g23 g / 3.3 gProtein0 g0 gSalt0.10 g 0.07 gVitamin B60.42 mg0.28 mg* Reference intake of an average adult (8,400 kJ / 2,000 kcal)Flavour: BerryTypical ValuesPer 100gPer Serving (66g)Energy612 kJ / 144 kcal404 kJ / 95 kcalFat of which Saturates 0 g / 0 g0 g / 0 gCarbohydrates of which Sugars36 g / 5.0 g23 g / 3.3 gProtein0 g0 gSalt0.10 g 0.07 gVitamin B60.42 mg0.28 mg* Reference intake of an average adult (8,400 kJ / 2,000 kcal)Flavour: Citrus – Caffeine Typical ValuesPer 100g% RI*Per Serving (66g)Energy612 kJ / 144 kcal-404 kJ / 95 kcalFat of which Saturates 0 g / 0 g-0 g / 0 gCarbohydrates of which Sugars36 g / 5.0g-23 g / 3.3 gProtein0 g-0 gSalt0.1 g- 0.07 gVitamin B60.42 mg30%0.28 mgCaffeine–30 mg* Reference intake of an average adult (8,400 kJ / 2,000 kcal)Flavour: Berry – Caffeine Typical ValuesPer 100g% RI*Per Serving (66g)Energy612 kJ / 144 kcal-404 kJ / 95 kcalFat of which Saturates 0 g / 0 g-0 g / 0 gCarbohydrates of which Sugars36 g / 5.0g-23 g / 3.3 gProtein0 g-0 gSalt0.1 g- 0.07 gVitamin B60.42 mg30%0.28 mgCaffeine–30 mg* Reference intake of an average adult (8,400 kJ / 2,000 kcal)Full Ingredients List Berry: Water, Glucose Syrup, Maltodextrin, Fruit Juice Concentrate (Raspberry 1%, Blackcurrant, Blueberry 0.2%), Acidity Regulators (Sodium Citrates, Malic Acid, Citric Acid), Natural Flavourings, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Sea Salt, Vitamin B6.
