Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team Brake Disk Clock

The Mercedes team was a dominant force in Formula 1 for so many years, and right here we have a clock made from the brake disks used in the ‘Golden Years’ for the ‘Silver Arrows’.  The highlight feature of the clock is the brake disk. Each and every brake disk is different, as they all show their individual signs of wear – with their completely unique scuffs scoring around the outside on the contact patch. The numbers and markings for each minute has then been printed on top of the carbon disk, using the iconic Mercedes F1 combination of silver and tiffany green. Inside of the brake disk as a smaller carbon-fibre disc, featuring the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team logo.   The golden years of Mercedes F1 Team came during the 2014-2021 turbo-hybrid era, where the team took 8 Constructors’ Titles, 7 Drivers Titles’ and 110 Race Wins.
