YORK HX7 CROSS TRAINER DESCRIPTION The York Barbell HX7 Cross Trainer is ideal if space and budget is at a premium. The rear drive HX7 offers a 15” (30cm) stride length and is completely quite, even during an intensive workout. The 9kg flywheel provides a smooth elliptical motion throughout the machines 32 magnetic resistance levels.The moving handle bars are ergonomically designed to provide a comfortable total body workout and the additional fixed handlebars include integrated hand pulse sensors for heart rate management. The fixed handlebars can also provide stability when getting on and off the machine. The footplates can be placed into three positions along the crank bar to accommodate different size users and tweak the stride length. The console has 23 built in programmes and provides all the workout data you need to help keep you motivated and monitor your progress.
