Nohrd's Cable Gym SlimBeam Cable machines are one of the classic exercise machines because of their versatility and functionality. The Nohrd SlimBeam, with its minimal space requirements, is made by craftsmen and women and is designed in soft contoured, high-quality wood, available in a broad range of shades and colours, capable of blending into your home interior. The Butterfly The butterfly is the Nohrd Slimbeam's main feature, allowing you to train on one or both sides. It can be swivelled and set at any height. Pull-Up Bar The pull-up-bar is included with each SlimBeam purchase and it can be adjusted in height with the fixture adapter. When attached at the bottom It serves as the base leg for the optional exercise bench. Additions to the Cable Gym The Nohrd SlimBeam comes with a 75kg rubber weight stack for quiet operation and has a starting weight of 5kg and a standard cable ratio of 3.1. However, this can be changed through a different pulley combination and using different cable lengths, which increases the ratio to either 2.1 or 1.1. This will reduce the range of motion, which starts at an impressive 4 meters of cable length when using both cables and double that length when using one.  Please Note The SlimBeam should be attached to a structural or load-bearing wall using two 10 mm fixings provided. Fixing points are approximately 215 cm from the ground. An optional ceiling clamp is available that braces the SlimBeam between the floor and ceiling, therefore you can position it away from the wall.
