The 38cm (15”) TFT Touch Screen monitor provides 32 preset programmes and 5 Customised and if you want to train with a range of fitness apps by way of BH’s i.Concept 3.0 FTMS technology, you can do so straight from the console. No phone or tablet required. With a top speed of 22km/h (13.75mph) from a 2.5-4HP motor, few runners will be left wanting. To make sure you feel safe and comfortable when running at that speed the treadmill provides a generous 150cm x 55cm (59” x 22”) running surface and 6 high density elastomers, distributed under the running deck to provide cushioning to muscles and joints. Instant keys easily adjust speed and incline at the touch of a button.
