With the BH Leg Press Hack Squat Combo you get three popular machines in one, a 45 degree Leg Press, Hack Squat and Calf Raise, with a 200kg free weight capacity. To perform a Leg Press you put a back pad on the lower base. The upper back pad on the Hack Squat folds up to become the Leg Press footplate. This footplate allows you to place your feet in a variety of positions to target different leg muscles. Lower the upper back pad and you can then perform a Hack Squat with full back support. The Hack Squats footplate can also be angled to vary your leg workouts. The whole unit has been designed to convert the Leg press to the Hack Squat as quickly and with as little effort as possible, perfect for super setting or multiple users.
