BH G145 LIGHT COMMERCIAL POWER SMITH WITH DUAL 90KG WEIGHT STACKS  The new BH G145 PowerSmith is the same machine as the BH G140 but with two 90kg weight stacks connected to the height adjustable commercial grade pulleys via high tensile cables, to make your functional workouts safer and much quicker. The Smith Bar runs smoothly along the vertical guide rods due to the linear bearings. A Landline is fitted to one side of the machine which means you can place an additional Olympic bar into the tube and perform bent over rows as well as many other single and double handed lift and twist exercises. An adjustable height knee pad holds you in place while doing a lat pulldown from an optional bench and a foot bar anchors your feet in place during seated row. At the top of the machine is a multi grip chinning bar and at the rear weight disc unicorns to store your discs.The machine comes with a wide range of accessories to help you perform over 40 different exercises in comfort, safely and precisely.
