Mechanical improvements include an oversized steel seat rail to accommodate taller users, an Inertia Enhanced Flywheel delivering the smoothest of rowing actions and improved 26 digital resistance levels. The console is a sleek and simple 12.7cm (5”) Backlit Display but when you insert a touchscreen tablet (not included) onto the tablet shelf then you open up the ultimate interactive fitness experience. By downloading Nordic Tracks iFit interactive training technology, you will be provided with access to a library of on-demand workouts and virtual rowing classes led by professional trainers. The Nordic Track RW300 rower now has AutoAdjust™ technology where the personal trainer can remotely control your workout intensity levels. Finally the RW300 has Bluetooth Headphone Connectivity so that you can listen to your favourite tunes or instructor in private but if not then listen to premium sound through the 30W sound system.
