Often, we find that when people no longer need them, they begin to forget to take them. Some people will notice an effect from the first dose, others may need to take the capsules for a week or more before noticing a difference. If you have been taking the capsules for a week and are not noticing any difference, it may be that you need to increase the dose you are taking to the slightly higher one recommended on the pack. This is why we formulated this blend to help you stay calm under pressure. Start with two capsules in the morning for a focused and productive day. If you’re in need of a boost to your clarity, memory, and concentration (or are prone to an afternoon slump), take another two capsules in the afternoon. Adjust between one and four capsules per day as needed.
