Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate.DirectionsUnscrew lid and remove the tamper evident seal. Screw the lid back on. Do not use if the tamper evident seal is damaged or missing. Avoid contact with eyes.Suitable for all over body application. Initially dab your skin, gently rubbing it in. Apply between 2-4 times a day, more if your skin needs extra attention in repairing itself or in particularly cold weather. Reapply if the affected area becomes wet.
