The Cube Stereo Hybrid ONE44 HPC Race 800 is a full-suspension e-MTB designed to take on demanding trails with ease. At its core is a C:62® carbon mainframe combined with an aluminium rear triangle, giving a balance of low weight and durability. Paired with the 800Wh PowerTube battery, neatly integrated into the frame, it offers plenty of range for big days on the mountain. The bike is also future-proof with a UDH dropout, and features a Direct Mount chain guide for reliability on rough ground.Suspension duties are handled by a Fox 36 Float AWL Sport fork with 150mm travel and a Fox Float Rhythm R rear shock with 140mm travel, offering control and comfort on everything from rocky descents to flowing singletrack. A dropper seatpost adds confidence on steep trails, letting you lower your saddle at the touch of a lever.Shifting is smooth and precise thanks to the Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain, which is matched to a 10-51T cassette for a wide gear range. Stopping power is provided by Shimano BR-MT420 4-piston brakes with large 203mm rotors, ensuring consistent braking even on long descents.The ACID SLX 30 wheels, paired with Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.6” tyres, deliver grip and stability across varied trail conditions, while the Bosch Purion 400 display keeps ride data and motor modes easy to access. An angle-adjustable headset lets you fine-tune the handling, and with Cube’s Size Split system, there’s a perfect fit for every rider.Bosch Performance Update 2.0Bosch have dropped a fresh update for the Performance Line CX and CX-R motors, and it’s a big one for riders who want more punch on the trails. The update is available for the latest generation motors with the codes BDU384Y and BDU386Y, and it can be installed straight from the Bosch eBike Flow app. Nice and easy.Once you’ve downloaded Performance Update 2.0, you can crank the motor up to a huge 120 Nm of torque, with up to 600% support and 750 watts of peak power. Bosch have also tweaked things so the motor can hold that power for longer when the riding conditions allow.The 600% support figure only kicks in between 0 and 15 km/h, so it’s all about helping you power up steep climbs and tricky sections. The maximum assisted speed stays the same at 25 km/h.As with previous Bosch updates, you can still customise the motor settings in the app to suit your riding style. Whether you want maximum power for steep tech climbs or a more natural feel on longer rides, you can dial it in how you like it.Performance Update 2.0 is available for all CX Gen 5 and CX-R Gen 5 motors. It also brings Extended Boost (Bosch Overrun) and support for the new drivetrain tensioner system, which helps reduce lag when you get back on the pedals.
