Its Aluminium Superlite frame uses Cube’s Agile Comfort Geometry and a refined four-bar suspension system, delivering 140mm of progressive travel at both ends. The design also integrates mounting points for fenders, carriers and kickstands, while internal cable routing and a neatly hidden seat clamp keep the frame looking clean. The addition of SIC 2.0 mounting points also makes it ready for optional luggage solutions, while UDH compatibility and a Direct Mount chain guard future-proof the setup.Power comes from Bosch’s Performance Line CX motor, producing up to 120Nm of torque for strong, natural-feeling assistance on steep climbs and demanding trails. The 800Wh PowerTube battery is fully integrated, offering excellent range for long days in the hills. Control is handled through a Bosch display and bar-mounted remote, keeping things simple and intuitive.The suspension package combines a RockShox Psylo Silver RC Air fork with lockout and a RockShox Deluxe Select R rear shock, both providing 140mm of travel that can be easily tuned to suit the rider. SRAM’s Eagle 90 Transmission drivetrain offers precise, robust 12-speed shifting, paired with a 10-52T cassette to give a wide gear range.Braking performance is delivered by Shimano BR-MT520 hydraulic discs with 203mm rotors front and rear, ensuring strong, consistent stopping power. The bike rolls on ACID Pro 30 tubeless-ready wheels fitted with 2.6” Schwalbe Nobby Nic tyres, giving grip and control across varied surfaces. A Cube dropper post, ACID finishing kit and ergonomic trail-focused cockpit round out the build.The Stereo Hybrid ONE44 EX 800 is built for riders who want to push further on technical terrain with the reassurance of Bosch power and long-lasting battery support. From flowing singletrack to rocky descents, it combines confidence-inspiring handling with the practicality needed for real-world trail adventures.Bosch Performance Update 2.0Bosch have dropped a fresh update for the Performance Line CX and CX-R motors, and it’s a big one for riders who want more punch on the trails. The update is available for the latest generation motors with the codes BDU384Y and BDU386Y, and it can be installed straight from the Bosch eBike Flow app. Nice and easy.Once you’ve downloaded Performance Update 2.0, you can crank the motor up to a huge 120 Nm of torque, with up to 600% support and 750 watts of peak power. Bosch have also tweaked things so the motor can hold that power for longer when the riding conditions allow.The 600% support figure only kicks in between 0 and 15 km/h, so it’s all about helping you power up steep climbs and tricky sections. The maximum assisted speed stays the same at 25 km/h.As with previous Bosch updates, you can still customise the motor settings in the app to suit your riding style. Whether you want maximum power for steep tech climbs or a more natural feel on longer rides, you can dial it in how you like it.Performance Update 2.0 is available for all CX Gen 5 and CX-R Gen 5 motors. It also brings Extended Boost (Bosch Overrun) and support for the new drivetrain tensioner system, which helps reduce lag when you get back on the pedals. Bosch are also adding more features and connectivity options, including Garmin integration and new power supply options.One thing worth keeping in mind — more power means more stress on drivetrain components, so increased wear is expected over time.
