Directions for Use:

Premium Protein Mousse can be enjoyed at any time of the day, especially as a tasty dessert before bed where the time released proteins will help drip feed your muscles overnight.

Making Premium Protein Mousse:

Add 50g (2 slightly rounded scoops) to 120-150ml water in a shaker bottle and shake vigorously for approximately 20-30 seconds. Pour into a bowl and allow to set (preferably in a refrigerator) for minimum of 30 minutes, then enjoy. Once mixed Premium Protein Mousse must be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours.
