Do not open the inside pouch. 3. Allow 10 to 20 minutes for the warmer to heat up. 4. Place the foot warmer in your shoes to maximize heat efficiency. 5. If heat decreases, expose to air and shake contents. 6. After use, dispose of pouch with regular garbage. All natural ingredients will not harm environment.
