Using a dual source carb mix (2:1 Maltodextrin Fructose) and natural pectin for easier digestion, these fluid gels also don’t require water to be consumed – perfect when you’re on the move. 
Our standard Energy Gels – in Apple & Blackcurrant, Citrus Fruit and Passion Fruit flavours – contain 25 g carbs and 3 electrolytes (sodium, potassium and calcium) Our Energy Gel + Caffeine Espresso flavour provides 24 g carbs and 3 electrolytes in addition to 75 mg caffeine to give you an extra boost.
