Add 80g of pasta per portion. For a perfect “al dente” pasta simmer for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta leave it to boil for an additional minute. Drain through a sieve and serve immediately with your favourite sauce.Serving suggestion:Green Pea&Quinoa Fusilli also makes a perfect base for a salad.
