Sanchi naturally brewed Tamari Soy Sauce is a traditional Japanese product. Made the time-honoured way, we only use soya beans, naturally fermenting them in cedar casks over two years to make sure every batch has a beautiful, full-flavour, which is slightly richer taste than the Shoyu soy sauce.Ingredients.
