Comfort, Efficiency, ControlThe newly redesigned R5 nylon outsole offers comfort and a moderate level of stiffness for efficient pedalling. Additionally, cleat positioning is set slightly further back compared to traditional settings to better optimize pedalling efficiency and reduce knee compression.
