He grew from a slightly shy but playful test driver to McLaren’s senior, now leading the team with confidence yet still maintaining his charm and sharp wit – this young driver has it all to play for.    Norris’ Story  After climbing the ranks through F3 and F2, alongside landing roles as a test and simulator driver – Norris joined Carlos Sainz for a seat in the fast lane with McLaren F1 Team. Aged only 19 in his debut year in 2019, Norris knew how to make an impression; he gave an incredible rookie performance, finishing in the points 11 times and outperforming his more experienced teammate – a rookie season for the history books.  And he’s only got better…   Norris quickly secured his spot as a driver worthy of being a future Champion. He clinched his maiden podium in 2020, as well as 4 more throughout the 2021
