Lewis Hamilton 2022 ‘Parc Ferme’ Print – Hungarian GP

Celebrate Sir Lewis Hamilton’s 2nd place podium claimed at the Hungaroring for the 2022 Hungarian Grand Prix. The result marked Mercedes’ second double podium of 2022.  After a challenging Qualifying on the Saturday, Hamilton started the race from seventh place. Nevertheless, a great start on the first lap and a brilliant tyre strategy from Mercedes – which saw the seven-time World Champion swap to the soft faster tyre in the later part of the race – meant he was able to cut away at the lap times of those ahead and secured second place.  The result marked the team’s second double podium of the 2022 season.
