But looks aren’t the only thing the BH G160 Smith Rack offers. With its quality engineering you are guaranteed a smooth motion on all exercises, particularly vital on the Smith bar movement. Each pulley is linked to a 90kg weight stack and has 17 height positions for numerous functional training exercises. Dipping bars attach to the frame at your chosen height and an adjustable leg hold down pad attaches to one side of the machine so that with the use of an optional bench you can do lat pulldown exercises while the pad anchors you in place. On the opposite side is a Landmine. An attachment you can fit an Olympic bar into, to offer bent over row and other pivoting bar movements. A multi grip chinning bar provides body weight exercises and weight plate holders at the rear of the rack keeps your plates tidy.
