Inspire FT2 PRO Smith Functional Trainer The Inspire FT2 PRO Smith Functional Trainer by Centr is the next generation of Inspire strength machines. The Inspire FT2 was a unique and ground breaking Dual Adjustable Pulley with space saving integrated Smith Machine. The FT2 PRO takes that original machine and elevates it to another level. The FT2 PRO is designed to target every muscle group, with 6 total pulleys, an integrated counterbalanced Smith Bar that connects directly to the two 72.7kg (160 lbs) weight stacks (no additional weights required), adjustable pull up bar, rock climbing grips and 13 attachments and storage space. The FT2 PRO’s pull up bar with its multiple grip options allows for a range of chin up variations resulting in multiple muscle groups being engaged. Then Inspire have added the rock climbing grips for more upper body strength exercises to challenge you further. The compact design of the FT2 PRO also features a storage rack at the rear where you can store dumbbells, kettlebells and more and there is also a built in bench hook and adjustable tablet holder so that everything is in easy reach. The dual adjustable independent pulleys on either side of the machine has 40 different height options, and there are two upper pulleys and two lower pulleys for additional workout variations. There is also clever design feature on the FT2 PRO and that is a weight multiplier system that doubles the resistance of the weight stack, increasing the load up to 158kg (350 lb). This allows heavy lifts to be performed and if that is still not enough an optional 22.7kg (50 lbs) upgrade can be added to each stack. For the more technical user the machine operates on a 2:1 resistance ratio.
