Previously used in the Spider X and fashioned at a 45-degree downward angle, this soft insert produces topspin virtually immediately after impact. The Soto 1 is a traditional heel-toe weighted blade, and with 39 degrees of toe hang, it suits players with a moderate to strong arc in their stroke.
